Robin Perotti is a distinguished leader in South Florida luxury real estate, bringing more than two decades of experience representing buyers, sellers, and premier developments across the region. A Florida native, Robin brings a deep understanding of the region’s luxury landscape, with particular insight into the lifestyle, communities, and evolving market dynamics that continue to shape its most desirable addresses. Her career has been defined by a rare ability to merge market intelligence, refined client service, and strategic execution at the highest level.

As the current Director of Sales at ALINA Residences, Robin blends her expertise in luxury new development with extensive experience across the South Florida real estate market to deliver a highly sought-after level of service. In addition to her leadership in new development, Robin has built extensive experience working with buyers and sellers across the South Florida real estate market. Her role as CEO of Florida Empire Group further reflects the depth of her experience, entrepreneurial drive, and command of the industry from multiple angles. Robin began her real estate career in 2005 with Time Equities, a private investment firm, building a strong foundation in investment and development. She holds a degree in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and brings a diverse professional background that includes serving as General Manager for Expo Design Center in Florida and Atlanta, owning a coffee house in Georgia, and co-founding the women’s boutique Roxy and LuLu in Delray Beach. She was also a founding agent at Douglas Elliman’s Boca Raton expansion in 2012 and a founding principal agent at Compass during its 2020 launch.
